Chrisley doesn't really give a shit about Black men in prison. He's just trying to change the subject and get it off of him. He's a certified fraudster and grifter. He's just trying to control the narrative so it switches from being about him being in prison...to others (any others) in prison. trump played that shit. He let out ONE black woman who'd spent decades in prison on a minor charge. He's done nothing to change the laws and he should be in prison himself.
