the first time mapicc picked up quix, he wasn't even sure he Could pick it up. he swore it ran through him but that just wouldn't make sense when he was now actually holding it. it wasn't some illusion, instead a really weird dog.

(he was too afraid at first that it would bite or scratch him, that being why he's holding it so strangely at arms legth)

he didn't immediately accept quix as his companion, but after it followed him around enough he got used to it, and ultimately didn't want it to leave. when quix picked up more mannerisms and became even more affectionate than when they first found each other, he figured it was mutual. no longer is he afraid when a bundle of bright red fur jumps through his chest and into his arms, instead he holds it close and tells it all his plans for the day.

despite having no eyes, quixs ability to stare at people judgingly is unmatched. it embodies the feeling of being watched but you don't know how. no one, nor even mapicc, knows if quix can Actually see things or How it sees things. thats not very questioned with the diversity on ls but it's still. off-putting. especially for the more human and newer members.

something I'm a little stuck on rn is :3 quix size standing up. while I do think most of the time quix spends on all fours, when it is standing up it's probably around 3ft 3in. it mostly just does this when it's trying to reach things or get attention from mapicc, but also has a hard exception for when it wants to hold mapiccs hand. it's very important and worth walking weird to hold his hand. I do also believe in short mapicc (he is sooo 5'5, zam 5'6 just to piss him off) (he wears chunky heeled boots though so he looks either same height or taller than her most of the time) so even though they still have quite a height difference it's not. the worst lmao.

#this fits in with border collie dimensions bc even though quix is only roughly border collie. its important to me #the ability artists have to include this is incredible. i stoll think about evus seri comm and im soooo border collie in it.. woww #part of this isnt even bc doggy proportions its like. i just wanna be small. i wanna be ouppy sized #i want to be pet sized!!#rambles #entanglement #quix posting #dont tell evu and ren i made myself 3ft shhhhhh
