So, as i understand it, the woodsman is separate from Henry after Henry dies, right? In canon he lets it eat him up, because its real and alive in its own way even though it is a part of his soul, and when he eventually burns hinself out with the power of it it becomes a separate but related entity to henry's soul? I can buy all sarvas having antlers and soul fruit, but from that vein - can future Sarvas transform the way henry did? I wouldn't think so, but i have seen it written that way.

Mod O’s gut says no, they can’t transform as per Henry. 

However, in the interest of flexible canon and a little bit of rule of cool, I’d also suggest that maybe, in limited and/or very special circumstances, an echo of that power might remain and come forward. Perhaps a Sarva under severe duress, desperate to protect, and standing in an area of highly concentrated (and especially nature-oriented) magic might be a little...overcome...by something. Perhaps that particular Sarva’s antlers manifest and a blue fire burns in their eyes and unnatural strength floods their limbs for the short time of their need, and after that, no more.
