“Jackson!” The twins yelled in unison, running at him and jumping on him,making him fall backwards, they snuggled their cheeks against him.

Danny watches as his twin utters a squeak and covers his face, rolling on the bed in embarassment.

“Why did you break my brother,” Danny said, making an exaggerated pout.

The twins were both at work for this day, serving customers cheerfully. The cafe had been rather full for  the big part of the morning, but now as it was after lunch time, things calmed down almos abruptly.

The two nekos were a bit bored, but then a new customer entered, and they made their way over to the table, speaking in unison.

“Welcome, we will be serving you today!”

It was the fifth time Danny had noticed he was losing the game and gave the controller to Nielson, only fot NIelso to manage to win as he was much betteer at it than Danny was, and Danny taking the credit for “Doing the groundwork”. Nielson rolled his eyes. “Do it yourself this time, you said you and Jackson were gonna play and that I could relax and watch!”

Danny stared round eyed out the window. The wind was blowing so hard that the snow was almost vertical. It was warm inside the cabin, the fire being lit and the light cozy, but still, he and his twin huddled together even more than usual, under a blanket.
