An amused sigh escaped his lips as he took to pocketing his cell phone, afterwards slipping on a jacket and a comfortable pair of shoes and heading out the door. Thankfully, Yixing didn’t live too far and so the walk wouldn’t be remotely arduous by any means—not that the other male wasn’t bound to become impatient regardless; as far as Key had always been able to tell, it was just sort of in his nature and, over time, it had eventually gotten to the point where Key no longer minded anyway. He’d gotten used to a large majority of Yixing’s antics and, although he wouldn’t actually admit to such, to a point he had actually come to find some of them… endearing in their own way.
When he finally reached his destination, he didn’t bother knocking and instead entered the other’s home as though it were his own, only offering an inquiring ‘you didn’t start making the brownies without me, did you?’ as he slipped off his shoes and wandered into the kitchen.
