Well, since you're here watching, this is eighties Japanese technology. I don't want to butcher my instrument panel fascia for a hideous aftermarket unit, and I'm over the analog tuner and only three presets. You try tuning in @theshowrock1053 in San Diego, KTYD in Ventura, and the other So-Cal stations by Braille! Ain't nobody got time for that! This Fujitsu-Ten head unit was unique: it was the first of it's kind, only seen in Celica Supras and Celica GTAs, and was indicative of the wave of technology that became synonymous with the eighties and Japan: Marty quipped to Doc Brown "The Japanese Make the best stuff!", Eighties kids like myself grew up with Voltron and the Transformers, Gundams were hitting our shores, and by the end of the Showa Era, no vehicles had a manual tuner.
