Me: "I told you before - I'm asexual."

Me: "Er, excuse me? Was that you just - denying what I just said?"

Me: "If that happened, it'd be called demisexuality. But for now, I'm identifying asexual, thank you."

Mum: "Well, if you're asexual, so am I. Why would you be interested in sex if you haven't got someone you want to sleep with?"

Me: "Um, no. I don't want to have sex with anybody, I'm asexual -"

Mum: "[sarcastic] Oh, so you aren't attracted to anybody, male or female?"

Me: "That isn't how it works!"

Mum: "What's asexuality then?"

Me: "Asexual people don't feel sexual attraction for anybody, and I don't want to shag anybody, ever. It's -"

Mum: "Right! So in that case, I'm asexual!"

Uh no. You've had sex before with multiple partners and enjoyed it and sought more, and had two children from a sexual romantic relationship. You're not asexual just because you happen to not be having sex. That isn't how it works and if you'd shut up, lose the sarcastic tones and stop being prejudiced for 5 seconds maybe I could explain that. As it is, it's not worth it, so I have to put up with this crap until I'm able to move out or until you change your whole mindset.
