A piper was playing Mairi's Wedding this evening as I strolled along to St David's Church where my sister Mary got married many years ago. I'd been lucky enough to get a last minute ticket to the sold-out show there a few hours earlier and could feel we were in for a good night of music, poetry and laughter. I wasn't disappointed. It was a fabulous evening in a great setting and a huge credit to the organisers of the first ever #largoartsweek with #philljupitus #davidmach #rabnoakes #charlottewhittle #robertcrawford #dommigele and the house band #lundincalling.
