Thanks for the bday wishes everybody!
It just kinda strikes me how much lonelier online life feels as opposed to some years ago... But I needed to step back to get myself help so it was a necessary price, heehee!

You know, its been a significant relief for me since Tweetdeck stopped working and Twitter is having its next unique "crash + burn" instance for the month.
I have never... NEVER been a fan of social media--I remember being forced to make a MySpace page back in 2003-04 and just... Not getting it, not enjoying it at all. And back in the mid-late 2010s~2020 I was emotionally abused by a social vampire that capitalized every aspect of a parasocial relationship, which also magnified my dislike for the concept of socmed further. I lost my senses for what felt like two-ish years
But now... It's getting better!! I'd rly like to just concentrate on posting my stupid little musings+unrefined art and rb what I like. Socmed and an insecure abuser totally destroyed my love for art and I finally feel like its starting to regrow and come back agains.
I never expect for anything I do to take off anymore, and if somehow ppl follow my art or musings from here on out... I'm not gonna take it seriously or put too much stock into it. I have a limited well of mental energy and sometimes I literally have to space out to recharge it.
I'm an ordinary person with a lot of personal and mental health issues, and I just want to remain in my own lane from now on. I am always happy to chat with ppl that reach out or ask me things!!
but for me, relying on the internet too much has caused too much pain and worry for either party--and I aim to keep that boundary firm.
Thanks for reading!
