When that motherfucker finally dies (and it will be soon, I feel it in my bones) I don’t want ANYBODY saying shit about “okay but y’all realize we gotta deal with V*nce as president now, right-” FOR AT LEAST 48 HOURS POST MORTEM.

We get to celebrate this. We get to celebrate the death of a monster. Give us a weekend to have our parties before we get back to the severity of our fuck ass government.

A note for the KOG fandom:

While it’s awesome to see Dana Terrace back in action working on a new show, and it’s great to give her the credit she deserves, it’s important to remember she’s not the sole creator of the show, but a co creator.

John Bailey Owen worked as a writer for The Owl House.

Zach Marcus worked on The Owl House and Star v.s the Forces of Evil.

All three of them worked for (and were burned by) Disney, and all three of them deserve to be credited for their amazing work!

I can’t wait to see what the three of them bring to this incredible show in the future!

Arcane Season 2 Spoilers

Something I haven’t heard anyone talk about is the existence (or rather, lack thereof) of Jayce and Victor in the alternate non-Hextech universe.

First my Victor theory:

As we know, Victor is a Zaunite who became disabled from long term exposure to the harmful chemicals in the under city. In his youth he meets Singed who takes him under his wing and teaches Victor about his experiments with regeneration and the extreme (unethical) lengths he’ll go to to “heal” others. Victor then takes this knowledge with him into adulthood and eventually goes on to do research in Piltover, becoming the dean of the academy’s assistant, and eventually meets Jayce and becomes his partner, and we all know the rest.

Now what do we know about Singed? He became obsessed with “curing” his daughter’s death to the point of experimenting with chemicals for years until eventually creating Shimmer. Silco finds out about this mad scientist creating insane drugs in the under city and offers to fund his research so long as he creates more shimmer to help feed his criminal empire.

Now it’s heavily hinted at in this universe when Silco says “the greatest thing we can do in life is find the power to forgive” that he read the letter that Vander wrote to him apologizing for nearly killing him and this is what causes Silco and Vander to come together for the sake of Vi and Powder’s mother to make Zaun a better place. This is also exemplified by the fact that we see no indication of shimmer’s existence in this alternate reality.

Now that the pieces are in place my theory is that because Victor got his start after meeting Singed, either his daughter never died young in this universe, leading him to never needing to conduct the research necessary for shimmer to exist in the first place; or he never received the funding necessary to mass-produce shimmer, meaning Victor never got the chance to meet him and therefore never went on to study in Piltover. Beyond that, Victor’s whereabouts in this alternate reality is up to interpretation.

Now onto Jayce.

In the original universe we know that Jayce’s apartment blew up in the break in job that Vi and the kids were doing after being tipped off by Ekko. After this happens Jayce is detained and placed on trial before the council to atone for the crime of reckless experimentation. It is at this trial that we learn the sentence for this level of crime is banishment from Piltover, however Jayce’s mother testifies in his honor begging them not to take her son away, and the council instead votes on the lesser punishment of expelling him from school and confiscating his research.

Except in the alternate universe Vi dies in the explosion.

Therefore the only logical conclusion to make is that in this reality Jayce is either exiled or imprisoned for his crimes due to the fact his reckless experimentation resulted in the death of a child.

So there you have it! In this au Vi is dead, Victor and Singed are MIA, and Jayce is either in prison or somewhere else in the world of Runeterra probably continuing his research in secret.
