I think it was bell hooks who said "until men share responsibility in the struggle to end sexism, the feminist movement will reflect the very sexist contradictions we wish to eradicate". And it's true. Like it or not we still have to share a planet with men and like it or not it's still way more productive to get them to understand why they should be fighting with us than to minimize the struggle with childish antagonism (I still think MALE TEARS mugs are funny though).
