The Jonuardo Shippers are Dying! Reblog to make them die Faster! 😃😃😃👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

for so many years now, celebrían has been ever at her mother's side and her mother at hers. they spend days and even nights together, sleeping in the same bed as though she were still a child. yet there is no shame in it, for it is not only she who needs her mother; lady galadriel needs her just as much. the fear leaves them clinging to one another, and both are set on edge when the other goes out of her sight for even a moment. with the passing of the years and the darkening of the shadow, they have grown ever more entwined, like two trees which share the same roots. to be apart now is more than mere separation: ‘tis a sundering, a cleaving that leaves celebrían dazed and aching, and worried to the point of sickness.
each possibility that she considers is worse than the one before. of one thing she is certain: whatever lord celebrimbor wishes to discuss with her mother will not be anything good. it cannot be so, not if the lord of the city which ousted galadriel must meet her personally. celebrían paces beneath the trees and wrings her hands.
she hears lady galadriel before she sees her: the light sound of her mother's footsteps is unmistakable, and she is running towards it before she can stop herself, all but barrelling into the much taller elleth. for a moment she only clings to galadriel, hiding her face as her shoulders sag with relief. then she remembers her concerns and steps back, though keeps her arms wrapped ‘round her mother.
“ amya, are you alright? what has happened? ”

A long groan creaks through old bones and smoke billows out with it. The forest as always, is magnificent and something in him both aches and is soothed by the sight. “ All these years of traveling and I still feel like a sailor fresh off the seas every time I come to a rest. ” He grumbles around his pipe, shifting where he sits, stretching tired limbs.

@radiantcrown asked: “it’s bleeding quite badly.”
“I know that,” she hissed, closing her eyes for a long moments as she tried to breathe through the stinging pain in her abdomen.
The stitches had torn again, for one reason or another, and blood seeped through the fabric of the loose linen wrap shirt she wore. Pale and cold fingers, already trembling from blood-loss, pressed carefully to the wound in an attempt to staunch the flow. Laurelin grit her teeth through the pain. It seemed every day was something else. Another new complication to her injuries. Another procedure. More stinging or foul-tasting herbs and teas forced down her throat. She was in pain, sick, and weak. Above all, she was tired.
“Don’t get Elrond.” She insisted. Though she did not want Galadriel’s presence there either, it was better than having him there to fuss over her. He had finally left to eat and, hopefully, rest. This wound could be quickly stitched and bandaged, he didn’t need to be here just to worry more.
“There are needles and thread in the cabinet over there,” she pointed to the wall across from the bed, far too familiar with the locations of various instruments by now. “You have to sterilize it first in the fire.”
