Can someone direct me to some article or book about socialization? I understand is very complex and nobody is paying you to write here, but I really not understand how is radfem ideology. Isn't the base from the idea of gender construct and the primary concept for trans and n-b activism? Sorry if this sound rude, I see radfems defending it, but I see no attack on it

Socialization as a concept ISN’T radical feminist ideology but more often then not if you see someone using that word in the context of gender it is because they are MISUSING it to try and claim that trans people cannot actually be their gender even if they are completely transitioned because society has irrevocably imprinted their agab’s behaviors onto them. That IS radical feminist ideology and shitty and frustrating for someone like me for whom socialization is an absolutely vital research framework, because radfems are essentialist, simplistic, coopting little fucks.

Radical action is the only reason any minority group have rights and modern feminism is too focused on their eyeliner being sharp enough to kill a man to care about girls having their clits cut off and lesbians being canned publicly for daring to be lesbians

I don’t know how to explain to you that caring about the bodily autonomy of women includes, by obligation, caring about defending women’s rights to self expression and body art, as well as caring about protecting women from mutilation.

I know that someone, somewhere has taught you that “give women control over their own bodies” means not letting them control their own bodies, but you’ve really got to break through that hypnotic state and get your shit together.

Also, the way “radical feminists” use radical is specifically an act of what I tend to refer to as “radfem colonization.” They took a word that means something, stripped it out that meaning, use it for something else, and then hide behind the history of the term as proof that their actions are valid. It’s a type of historical revisionism that is especially common among radfems.

There is not, in fact, anything radical about telling women that they are not allowed to do what they want with their own bodies.

PS: I notice you didn’t actually use the word “liberal feminism,” for which I am grateful. However, you are still mischaracterizing modern feminism through the lens of pre-1950s feminism, and it’s still bullshit.
