the drums. my little brother is always like hey hear that bass but i’m like, bro, i’m dumb. if it ain’t loud, i ain’t hearing.

hmmm... i’m not sure if it’s a...trope? but i like unconventional format like... the logs of mark watney in the martian or the entire way that the book where rainbows end it’s like, epistolary i guess, they start off writing short notes and then emails, texts, etc, it’s cool.
