Just a little something to end this year

I'm gonna be very honest, I initially started posting my art on instagram as a means for me to track my progress with the digital media. I wasn't really expecting anyone to come across it or even notice the kind of shitty ass drawings I was making but somehow it caught a few people's eye and now here I am.

I've been on Tumblr for almost 8/9 years now. I've made and deleted accounts, from reblogging things I found aesthetic to writing fanfiction. This blog in itself has seen a lot over the last few years but I'm honestly glad I've finally decided to turn it more towards something I genuinely enjoy.

I know I don't post things as regularly as most artists on the internet and I know the quality of my work isn't something that I can be proud of just yet. I'm still experimenting, still trying to find my style, still learning and growing with all these other talented artists around me. So please bare with me and my inconsistencies.

I'm not a very outgoing person and it's not easy for me to talk to new people. My anxiety and insecurities tend to get the best of me, but I think, deciding to finally start making fanart and posting them online has been one of the best decisions I made this year. I've had the chance to talk to some amazing people and even call some of them my friends, and I couldn't have been more thankful for it.

2020 wasn't exactly the year I wanted it to be, but it did give me things that I don't think I'd ever wanna change.. so yeah thank you to everyone that has ever talked to me or liked the things I post on here. you've made this year a little more bearable for me ☺️
