#RadioTaiso also known as radio exercises first started in 1925 as a health and fitness routine broadcast in the United States by a life insurance company. A Japanese businessman heard it one day on the radio in the states and introduced it to #Japan. In 1928 NHK began playing it like gospel through its airwaves.
