Hello guys, this is alice! i have a question about items. Because my character is an eel mermaid, he has to take human pills to be able to walk and survive on land and i was curious if the pills would just automatically come with him or should i just request that as his starting item just to be safe? thank you!

In this instance, the human pills would count as an assistive item to help your character navigate the Verge. You could either have them come automatically with him or he could be given a Verge-equivalent based on your preference. You're free to request something else for your starting item.
