ORIF
Does anyone know anything about ORIF surgery or have experience with it? I had a fracture to the radius that was fixed with ORIF surgery. It was fixed with metal rods and screws; everything went fine, was only in for 3 hours, but this was a year and a half ago and I'm still having pretty severe pain in my forearm ,wrist and hand. I never had physio on it, but I still have numbness in my hand and fingers and a sort of aching throb that comes every 20 seconds or so. It's always there and I can't get rid of it. Has anyone else experienced this? It's starting to really get me down.
