So, this is what I'll be up to for the next few days. I'm running one of those popular "colour runs" July 29th.
This is my "aggressive 5k plan" that I've built off of the beginner triathlete running plan. I figure this is the best for me. I've cut off a lot of the beginning "fluff" like walk 5 minutes, run 1 minute because I've already done it. Keep you updated on this as I do it!
