Well, first and foremost, thanks for the tip. P&D has been given permission from local law enforcement to assist in taking these guys out, so I'll forward that to them. Whether or not P&D is actually called in to help will depend on the severity of the situation.
As for working with vigilantes? Well, I can safely say I've never been offered to work with one before. I don't think we're legally allowed to agree to work with you, but if you just do happen to show up and help keep people safe, we'd likely be too busy to report you.
