Talonflame? Don’t be silly, that’s just a
ANNOUNCEMENT
//This blog's going on hiatus. It's been hella fun participating in the community and meeting cool people, but I've got a lot of IRL stuff to deal with and I need to put my energy there. May return but it'll be a hot minute.
…feEL THE RAIN ON YOUR SKIN NO ONE ELSE CAN FEEL FOR YOU ONLY YOU CAN LET IT IN
What do you think would be a good pokemon companion for someone who gets overheated easily and faint due to syncope? I was thinking about getting a Glaceon as a service Pokemon for this reason!
You should talk to a professional on the subject of Service Pokemon specifically for your needs. A Glaceon is easy to train for the role, and would be able to keep you cooler, but I am worried one would not be able to stop you from falling and being hurt if you faint.
I am sorry but I just had the stupidest thought. Imagine a service beartic.
A Beartic would not make for a good service Pokemon.
hence why I said stupidest thought
it's just the first thing that my brain thought of when thinking of an ice type that could probably catch you
I mean, just an ice type that can respond quick.
Snoms are decent coolants, but not so much catchers.
I mean, Glaceons being easy to train, they could be taught to catch their trainer mid-fall if the trainer faints, i assume?
Humans are much heavier than a Glaceon. The catch would risk serious injury to a Glaceon, and could end in broken bones for both parties.
What about a Jynx? Ice/psychic could handle both the cooling and the catching
I've seen a few of these "reblog with a Pokémon" games going on, so... reblog this with a Pokémon, and I'll reblog with something interesting I've heard a member of the species say!
Houndoom?
HUGE DINNERRRRRRRRRR WIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Announcement: I have finally found out what's up with Volcarona.
It's been behaving strangely for months. I think it's changed a lot in personality since it evolved - and now it has communicated that it wants to be released into the wild. It wants to meet Larvesta and get to know other members of its species again.
This is a really rough thing for me. I did my best to give Volcarona a quality life - and it's a reliable and creative battling partner and a valued member of the family.
But I'm also honored that it trusts me enough to tell me what it wants to do.
Now - I've got to find Volcarona a good place to live. Volcarona is high level, so I expect it to be more than OK out there.
Options:
Asado Desert (Paldea)
Isle of Armor (Galar)
This one specific cave in Alola?
Reply with advice if you've got it, and I'll be contacting organizations etc. for more.
Now I'm gonna go drink and cry on the porch.
