Another one in the bag!
Tonight a dream came true. Not only did I get to hear Stanley Hauerwas in person, not only get the first book of his I ever read signed, but I was able to shake his hand and say “You have been a tremendous influence on my ministry and my life. Thank you for all your work”. It was an honor to meet this great voice to the Church.
Also I got to hear the Archbishop of Canterbury preach and the leader of the Episcopal church speak. Truly one for the books.
