holy shit that could've gone SO badly

my gecko, fucking ESCAPED from his enclosure, he slid open the glass and jumped out. I was gone for the last week, if he did this literally a day ago he'd be fucking dead, if I didn't notice when I did I wouldn't have been able to find him. thankfully I got up and noticed him just chilling outside the tank

so I went to scoop him up and he CRAWLED UNDER THE HALF INCH GAP OF THE ENCLOSURE

so thank fuck my brother is home and was awake cause I CALLED HIM and made him lift up the entire tank so I could pick him up

if my door was open, a cat could've killed him without me noticing oh my god

I have now had to tape the fucking doors closed, so HOPEFULLY he can't get past that

and now the bastard is just sitting there. sticking his tongue out at me >:(

the Ferris Wheel ost in deltarune is giving such incredible vibes to me right now, it's so cold and yet so comfortingly warm. It's agonizingly lonely, but it's like you're being surrounded by love. It's walking down the street alone, chilly in the warm lights and big crowds. Even when you feel isolated you've always got your loved ones with you in this dark scary place. It's just, sitting on a ferris wheel with someone you love, even though you're scared and confused, it's just a dream, enjoy it because you'll wake up soon

also I think it's really funny when my boss tries to claim our store is not that expensive like

I went to another store, and for $7 I got a pack of chicken 2x the size of the one at our store, and 3 donuts (cream filled and much better quality)

at our store the same thing with lesser quality and quantity would run you: $7 for half the amount of chicken, +$1 per crappy dry donut

#like sir I think we ARE the most expensive store around #which is sad because the shit we sell isn't even like. good #we win for having the most varieties of monster energy though #rae-rambles #we got our customers paying $1.20 for a single Mars bar #while the other store has an entire BAG of knockoff Mars bars (that taste better actually) for $2 #if only that store was closer </3
