Meet Raeges, a terrible man who does not deserve much in life. Then again, he barely receives anything in life, so I guess he already gets what he deserves?
This guy is the adoptive father of a couple of my characters. He and his family were arrested for tax evasion as a young adult, they were separated, and he was tortured and placed under a highly elevated tax rate. With his hand messed up, he was unable to work.
His town did offer a tax reduction for people who got orphans off the streets. This was a measure taken to combat all teenage crime and to ensure kids would grow up in an environment where they weren’t drawn to crime.
Suffice to say, Raeges was not a good dad. Originally drawn in November 2017, queued on the 9th of September.
