As @professional-benaddict can tell you, I've fallen down the little!Peter rabbit hole and I can't climb back up. Tagging @drarryismyshit07 @sugar-and-spice-parker because they're up to something, I don't know what it is, but I'll be there in case I have to scoop them out of trouble.

this popped into my head while doing math (a class I'll take in four hours, jesus) and I screamed at rafni because now there's another wip. The point was I saw the scene where Peter looks a bit scared at the whole, room full of reporters thing, and my jerk of a brain said, make it angsty. so of course he feels little, has a little break down and Tony immediately back tracks, takes him to the room iron man himself had prepared for the spider. They calm down, hugging tightly, Tony rocking Peter until the two head back down. Peter thinks it's best if he waits before moving in. It's not a no.
But Tony still spirals, turns the room into a shrine for spider man, visits and lays in the bed when he misses peter. And then Karen is calling him, Peter's had a bad day and he's heading there now and there's not one to put everything away. (I swear I'll write this but I need sleep.)
So Peter shows up and his voice cracks because
"Is that a spider man teddy bear?" And lo and behold. It is. It fucking is. He bought that today, had seen it and done a double take, eyes wide because the fur is as soft as Peter's hair and those beady eyes are just stitches but the expression is kind. Of course he gets it, he's iron man.
Point is Peter collapses on the bed, drags Tony with him and he falls asleep with the teddy and spider man sheets.
I just read one of laneys fics and I'm shaking which is why I'm posting this. School is a bitch but so is my brain, that's why I'm not very active.
