Eric and Adam don't make sense. It makes no sense why Eric would pick Adam. Adam barely ever showed any feelings, like nice he did a big grand gesture but so what? That was the most emotion he's really shown throughout the show. The writers should have shown why Adam was better.

Rahim, on the other hand, was everything. And I don't think he dulled Eric's sparkle. (On that note, how did Adam's not dull his sparkle?) Instead he let it shine. He is the one to give Eric the confidence in who he was. I didn't see Eric try to change for Rahim. The mother's comment makes no sense.

I don't know. It doesn't make sense. He had more chemistry with Rahim as well. Ahh. I just- it doesn't make sense.
