plus i dont even think school uniforms are implemented in japan until middle school. not that it would make fetishizing grade school girls of all ages in uniforms any less problematic. but you can’t quite achieve depravity to a worse extent than associating small elementary (idk what its called in aus) school aged children with a sexualized school uniform fetish

i mean you constantly see girls in anime being sexualized in various versions of the same style of school uniform and more often than not are made to appear older than high school age and past the legal age of consent. but if it were predominately child or loli type characters associated with the sexualized school uniform fetish and people were mostly jerking off to child-like girls in uniforms, then it would be problematic.

yeah i think thats my point? like the uniform itself is so detached from its intended purpose that its no longer seen as being creepy? its almost like they now have two separate uses

i mean yeah, it honestly can be but weather or not it it is depends entirely upon the person in question. like simon bought one for me to wear for….reasons. but i don’t think it’s a pedophilic gesture because I’m 22

im not talking about who wears it but moreso what the uniform represents and im trying to find out what is inherently sexy about a schoolgirl outfit but google does not turn up many answers tbh

the closest thing ive found to an answer is that its simply an archetype due to its constant overuse in porn and such and that its use in a sexual setting has completely detached from any aspect of pedophilia.

so chances are its origins are of a pedophillic nature but its been so watered down over the generations noone makes that connection consciously anymore, cause surely not every dude/female that is into schoolgirl costumes are pedophiles

i doubt anyone could explain why they like the costume without it sounding somewhat creepy, but i guess some fetishes are just like that
