It’s here, everyone: Bogleech Creepypasta Cookoff 2016!  Incidentally, my one actual make-it-or-break-it New Year’s resolution is to read the Cookoff archives...which may take a while, considering it just hit four digits.

One of those digits is Sixteen Tons, my sole offering this year.  I wasn’t going to write anything, because...2016, yeah, but I mentioned the idea to @machi-tobaye and he really wanted to see it written, so major thanks/blame to the rat, as per usual.  CW: Suicide mention, gore mention...I think that’s it?  If anything else is needed, please let me know.

I lose track of pseudonyms, so if any of my followers submitted, please let me know, I’d love to see your work!  I mean, faster than I would if I was going in chronological/alphabetical order.  Like...way faster.

@machi-tobaye: ..... huh. Is that any good? I've always liked raw dough over baked. Like, not just socially acceptable cookie dough, but bread dough, pie dough, w/e. Going "you know what fuck it there's no reason to not be weird about my eating preferences" is actually an autistic triumph of the year. Just hope I don't get salmonella or somethin'.

I think with as old as they are and as pretty as they are, you’d still be pulling in some mad cash, but pricing is always a mystery to me.  I always either way overprice or way underprice my dergs.  I make the bulk of my dosh grinding and winning raffles anyway o/

The good news is @kittlesandbugs said she might be able to price your stupid horses if you can point out which ones you want to rehome, she’s good with this.

P.S. I would be sorry you gifted me an XXY six-digit with triple 7s in the ID number and I ruined him by making him my avatar and breeding him profusely but considering it was you going “TAKE THIS ONE HE’S OLD” in response to “I HAVE TO STOP BUYING SNOOTS” I’m really not |3

I actually meant to say 7-Second Rescue, and it’s the biggest hub I know of for reselling dragons with 7-digit ID numbers--i.e., dragons about two years old.  They pop up surprisingly often when trawling for fodder, and there’s a fair number of players with an appreciation for older stupid horses as a piece of site history.  They can be picky about pedigree, though--an older derg’s worth drops like a rock if it’s been bred, ESPECIALLY if it has unnamed children.  They’re also worth more the older they are, with the 100-200k number digits being the only range that catches the eyes of a lot of people.

The same rules kind of apply to 6-digits, but the pickiness goes out the bloody window.  Not to say your lair is made of money, but to estimate how much money your lair is made out of: All of it.

How much DID you pay for Tobaye anyway because I would bet you aces to assholes he’s worth even more now
