China's Premier Li Qiang visited Vietnam recently and met with the Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh. Both Sides also signed a total of 10 Agreements, among which includes a Technical Plan to Link their Railway Systems from the Lao Cai Province in Vietnam and the Yunnan Province in China.
Another Agreement covered the implementation of a common Cross-Border Payment Services System using Quick Reaction (QR) Codes for both Sides. An Agreement to study a Model for an "Economic Cooperation Zone" between the two Countries was also signed.
