Triss movie bloopers. I can't. It's too adorable. Kurda's heavy accent is real, she keeps laughingly apologizing to Triss after that scene with the sabre practice; Shogg is in fact a huge tease; Plugg keeps complaining about the severed tail and how annoying it is; Bladd's actually really smart and loves playing the dumb one; etc.

@rainbow-hammock was the original poster! She's an incredible person and I thought her idea was so wonderful that I had to reblog. I never looked at characters in a Redwall story like actors before, but after her post it's so easy to see that I find it myself sometimes, too!

I mean, just imagine Matti and Vitch after (and during) every fight scene, giggling their tails off. Or Martin and Gonff actually being annoyed at each other but acting like best buds. Or Matthias and Cornflower as actors pretending they don't actualllllly have something going on on the side. I love it all and I need more depictions! XD

Power is out and there are lots off branches down, but that's about it. No damage or fallen trees and everyone including the animals is okay.

Belated hurricane update

As I mentioned before, everything and everyone is fine.

My parents lost power for a couple days, but they were able to power the important things like the fridge/freezer with a generator. I’ve been back at my apartment in Orlando for the past week and classes are resuming tomorrow. 

I think that’s about it.

I'm riding out the hurricane at my parents' house which is more out of the way of the storm than my apartment. It looks like we're as prepared as we're going to be. Irma should be hitting us overnight tomorrow.

I’m also battling a bad case of con crud. Blegh

For my final project in this art class, I’m supposed to include a word “that says something positive about your personal character”. I’m stuck. I’ve always had trouble describing my personality, especially in a positive way. Any mutuals that know me have suggestions? I legit don’t know what to say.

My mom got fussed at bt a hummingbird today

She was taking down the hummingbird feeder so she could refill it and one of the birds sat in a nearby tree angrily chattering and chirping at her. It then flew closer do that it could continue. Once the feeder was replaced with fresh nectar, several came up to enjoy it. I find the whole thing hilarious.

Birthday Wishlist

Even though it’s like two weeks away, I figured I should post it in the off chance that people want to do stuff. I feel kinda guilty asking, but there’s no harm in putting the word out there, right?

Material stuff. Kinda low on the priority list, but whatever.
