Biography Andrew was a joker most his life, loving the satisfaction of making other people laugh. He rarely took things seriously, but that doesn’t mean he doesn’t know how to be serious, he just doesn’t often. This did however, get him in trouble in more ways than one. He often got beaten up from other students, in both elementary and high school, because he would joke about them in class to get people to lighten up. That caused his parent’s to pay for self defense classes so that he’d at least be able to defend himself, despite him never telling them why he got beaten up, or at least the truth about it. Due to his father being in the military, Andrew got the inspiration to join himself after high school. He at the time didn’t have a plan for the future, so he thought he’d join to see if that’s where he wanted to go, which he did. He loved fighting for his country, it felt fulfilling, plus he got to joke around still and here people rarely got so upset about his jokes. He even trained alongside Ryan Hart, someone he became friends with quickly. Sure, he didn’t go down the route of training with the whole engineering thing, but they still hung out when they got the chance. After being deployed to Afghanistan with Ryan, he came back to an invitation to CSOR alongside his friend. He was happy for sure to find out they would both be able to stay close to one another longer. However, when he found out later that Ryan would be leaving and doing something else that he couldn’t say, he was upset, saddened to be without him. Andrew worked harder, trained more often to distract himself. About a year later he got an invitation to join Rainbow, with a note at the end that read “You got recommended by someone, more than once.” in which confused him, but after accepting and arriving on base, he found out just what the note meant as he found Ryan.
Psychological Profile Specialist Mills is a joker, more so around Ryan as they joke about almost anything. He became friends with Specialist Kötz as the two have that in common, even when training they somehow manage to crack a joke or two when around the other. Specialist Mills does know when and where is the time to be more serious, as after he joined the military he learned that quickly.
Gadget: Slip Mat (x2) When Specialist Mills found out he needed some type of gadget, he didn’t really know what to go with. He eventually joked about a “Non-Non-Slip Mat”, in which it sparked an idea from Specialist Alvarez. (Comment_A.Mills: It was a joke! I didn’t really mean for it.) (Comment_E.Alvarez: Yes, but it was a great idea and now you have to live with it.) The Slip Mat is a mostly normal mat, except this one on the underside is specially made to be much more slippery than a normal mat, even without the non-slip material underneath. The only way to avoid slipping on this is by walking over it or blowing it up with an explosive, other wise you will be going down on it and sliding forwards. It cannot be put over another gadget but certain gadgets can be put on top.
Synergies Deployable Shields: Placing a mat behind one of these, any enemy that jumps over will slip due to the movement of landing one Lesion: Putting guu needles near these will be triggered when the enemy operator slides forward a bit and into the needle
Counters Explosives: Any explosive will destroy the mat Walking: Simply just walking over the mat will get you past it
