Chelsea (Debut)

Hiiiiii! Today I bring up a new character :D
Well, I have already created this girl time ago, but I didn't draw her until not long ago (also writing her character sheet in the process). Anyways, she's finally here! Now here's her info (feel free to make questions about her btw):
——————————————————————
Chelsea Williams (PZPTH fan character)
Age: 15 1/2 years old
Role: Part-Time Successor
Occupation: Sophomore student (shares some classes with Georgina)
Personality: Determined, competitive, calm, petty (at times), elegant, studious, persistent, persuasive, courteous, sympathetic, risk-taker, smart, perfectionist, secretly romantic, a little bit spoiled
Relationships: Georgina Garrido (classmate/main rival), Rippen Ghhbrhhhrnnen (mentor figure), Larry (coworker), Phil (boss), Jhoanne (secret crush...?), Penn Zero (enemy[?])
Likes: Rollerskating, sewing, shopping, comics, playing the flute, ants, cooking, studying, chemistry, competing, the paranormal, romance (both movies and novels), her parents, gifts, winning, Rippen (somehow), museums, dressing up, dodgeball, Georgina (secretly)
Dislikes: Mud, dolls, butterflies, blood (just a little), spoilers, getting too dirty, losing, copycats, the rival team (especially Penn for some reason...), making a fool of herself, snow and cold, Rippen's arrogance, heartbreak, not getting to do things perfectly, tragic stories (outside horror), itchy fabric
Birthday: March 27th
BIO:
In a first glance, some would simply assume that Chelsea Williams is just another pretty and brat girl of the bunch who gets absolutely everything on a silver platter, but they could not be any more wrong—instead, they're facing a really determined and smart young girl who's between the best students on Middleburg Central High; someone who counts with grace, elegance, and a natural, burning passion for competitiveness since childhood. She's also a person who gets intrigued by the mysterious and the paranormal, as well as has a deep love for ants and a (secret) big interest in romance; but besides all that, Chelsea is not of many friends, often just meeting up with Rippen and Larry (or her part-time enemies).
Also being new in the part-timers guild, Chelsea came into the job after seeing an employment flying... just outside Fish Stick on a Stick. Since that day on, she's now part of the villains team, having as job to not only help Rippen (alongside Larry), but also following his steps and learn from him in order to become the next part-time villain. Chelsea is really loyal to her team, especially Rippen, whom she has a surprisingly close relationship with; although he can be way arrogant or evasive at times, yet she still enjoys his company and lessons, also admiring him deeply for his perseverance and courage to always try again despite being defeated over and over.
Aside from Rippen (and sometimes Larry), Chelsea is often interacting with other "best students", though she's more of forming bonds and connections through competition; likewise, she's known to be somewhat chatty, really competitive, and occasionally petty with her rivals, especially Georgina due being the apprentice of her mentor's nemesis (and sort-of personal enemy): Penn Zero. Yet, on the inside, Chelsea actually likes being near her (even though it doesn't seem like it), as well as fighting the hero quartet between dimensions every day.
From the side of her ambitions, Chelsea has mostly been of having clear objectives—especially when it comes to competitions or (now) her interdimensional part-time job. She takes both of them very seriously, being really persistent as soon as there's a rival to defeat, a tournament to win, an achievement to get, or a mission to (try to) complete. However, as anyone else, Chelsea has a weak point she never brings up: being this her outright perfectionism; something that's often an obstacle between her and winning. But despite that nuisance, Chelsea doesn't let that stop her to keep going and try again—even being willing to take risks in the process if that helps her to get any closer to victory.
