the name petrova used to strike FEAR into hearts, but now-a-days, most of it is just whispered rumors – legends of what happened to that poor family & the mystery of their missing daughter.

one day, five years ago, a once ( semi ) quiet street turned into the scene of a BRUTAL massacre that left a little girl orphaned. not found at the scene, katerina was declared missing & search parties were sent out – scouring the surrounding areas and posting her photo on the news in hopes of information. what happens to a girl of nineteen when she comes home to find that EVERYONE she’d grown up knowing is dead? how does that CHANGE a person? Once a little girl who saw beauty and craved adventure, now saw carnage and evil & sought out a RUSH that made her feel alive, because lord knows katerina katherine has forgotten what that’s felt like.

with a pretty face and a brand new attitude, katherine found it easy to get what she wanted-- she ran small jobs for cash, just trying to keep herself off the streets before the sound of REVVING engines caught her ears. it didn’t take long before kat learned the ropes and was climbing the ranks-- after all, anything she set her mind too, she damn well planned to achieve.

PERSONALITY:

katherine is VERY guarded, she’s lost a lot in a very short amount of time and the wounds are barely healed – there’s still a part of her that desperately seeks to belong, but she’s hesitant, almost defensively so.

As the only son of one of the most independently wealthy people in the world, Magnus was the trust fund kid of trust fund kids. Having always been given the best. Maybe given wasn’t the right word, there had always been… strings attached to his father’s ‘overflowing generosity’. It was never enough to be ONE of the best at anything. No, if Asmodeus was to allow his son a modicum of praise then Magnus would have to be the best at everything. That included attaining top marks in his best of the best, private boarding academies and extended to those he kept in his company.

Thanks to his father’s doctrine, Magnus learned quite young that if he wanted anything in life he was going to have to be zealous and intelligent with his approach and all Magnus wanted was independence and separation between him and his father. While he would always appreciate the certain qualities of his father, he didn’t want to live a life filled with bought friends, greedy lovers and homicidal kitchen staff. Magnus wanted things that were real. So he played his father’s game long enough to get his trust. Going to Harvard Business School and getting an MBA as well as a degree in creative marketing and sociology. Even passing the bar which did aid in manipulating his father into signing a legally binding contract to ensure that he’d be the sole beneficiary of all his father’s assets once he passed away.

Now, a story wouldn’t be complete without a little true love, which is exactly what a nineteen year old Magnus had thought he’d found in Camille. Turned out there wasn’t a big enough diamond ring in the world to keep a woman like her faithful. It devastated him, turned him into the kind of man who believed walls around his heart would make him stronger. Instead it just made him a shady, salty, sassy and sarcastic fortress of a man. Which is exactly the kind of man he has remained. Of course with age he has managed to accumulate his OWN accomplishments and wealth. With his background in business, finance and marketing, he was able to make quite a lot in stocks and trade. Managing to become a multi-billionaire, and all at just twenty-three. Somehow that had made him feel marginally better, but it did lend itself to some boredom and it required some, unconventional activities to entertain him.

Naturally he’d grown accustomed to a certain self indulgent life style, one filled with decadence and opulence. Multiple mansions, summer homes, fashion pieces straight off the runway, champagne fountains, classic works of art and the best of anything. A cultured and truly bourgeoisie man. Yet, despite how unbearable he ought to be, he is actually quite the charmer and people person, and doesn’t look down on those who have less than him, instead he actively and very willingly gives back. Through the lessons he’s learned in his life, with the help of experience and extensive travelling, he’s found a life full of wealth is more enjoyable when you’re incredibly generous, patient and understanding.

For the past year and a half he’s spent most of his free time doing one of the very few things that brings a genuine smile to his face. Street racing. It had started off as a way to quell his boredom and grew to be one of the few things that still manages to give him an adrenaline rush every time. It was something he’d started five years ago on the streets of Hong Kong. However, most recently, the Miami scene has managed to capture and hold his attention. So he bought property and has made it his current home base, so to speak.

BIOGRAPHY

Born in the beautiful shores of Hawaii to a charming but irate ex Army Ranger and a joyous and idealistic craftswoman, Reese ended up a perfect mixture of his father’s passion and charm and his mothers optimism and spontaneity. Spending the first six years of his life on the island of Oahu, he’d be lying if he didn’t admit to being disappointed when his parents told him they’d be moving to Florida. A feeling that only lasted as long as the plane ride. Since he was seven he’s had the privilege of calling the sandy Atlantic beaches his backyard and having Caribbean Fusion as his cafeteria.

As his mother was a crafts woman, her specialty was re purposed metal, which often came from vehicles dumped at the nearest junkyard, it didn’t take long for Reese to start tinkering with the parts and asking an extremely obnoxious amount of questions about what they did and what they were called. Eventually both of his parents got into learning more about cars and how they work and it became a family activity. They’d go to the junkyard get parts and try to build something that could be a working automobile. In fact that line of creation led the owner of the junkyard to leave Reese his yard with one request, that he give it a damn name.

By the time Reese was twenty he’d been gifted a business, and had gotten really good at building and modifying vehicles to withstand one hell of a beating, so when a crew came through and asked to rent out the back lot of his junkyard for their demolition derby, he had to ask what it was. Once he’d been told, he knew it was something he had to put his beat to hell cars through. Opting to wave the rental fee, Reese just asked them to let him compete. It was a learning curve but over the next couple of months the twenty year old was making a bit of a name for himself. Even won enough money to buy a food truck to park outside the junkyard.

For the past fifteen years Reese has been into demolition derbies, monster truck races and even a few street races with racing trucks. All of which are so easily recognizable, as Reese will always be in the orange car for pretty much any event. Now he’s gotten into this crew that seems to be forming and as a reckless thrill seeker Reese couldn’t be more pumped for this next chapter in his life.

BIOGRAPHY

Growing up life had always had a sense of chaos to it for Frank. Between her three siblings and the moving they were subjected to due to both of her parents serving in the Navy, finding a way to adjust and adapt became an absolute necessity. However, one thing that always remained the same was the time she’d spend with her dad in the garage tinkering with whatever junkyard car he’d managed to find and fix up to resell before they would have to pack up and move again. While she had a liking for auto repair and mechanics, one that carried over into auto shop class and her first job at her cousin’s custom auto body shop, her passion was revealed to her freshman year of high school. At a career fair, as soon as she saw the Armed Forces booth, she’d just known she was meant to be a soldier.

From that point on everything she did was intended to aid in her future career as a soldier. Everything down to her extra circulars in cross country for stamina and endurance, soccer for team work, student government for leadership and problem solving and JROTC for more disciple and knowledge. The car stuff became a hobby she could escape to get away from the pressures and stress of everything else going on in her life. Something she gladly took with her to college, finding work at other custom shops and auto repair places.

After her college graduation it was into the Marine Corps she went. The next six years of her life would be dedicated to being a soldier. Three of those years would be spent in the special forces before she was honorably discharged with a medal of valor. After everything that she had lost those last few months in MARSOC, she needed a break, but that only lasted a few months. Before she knew it she was getting that itch to work again, and an old college buddy of hers had suggested the Police Academy and Miami, and she was off to start the next chapter of her life.

Now, she’s been working for the MPD for almost a year, and with her background in auto repair, she was the best option for an undercover job, and Frank made sure that was known, because this case meant working alongside the F.B.I. So they gave her a back story, dirtied up her record and let her choose a car that she got to customize right down to the finish on the paint job, and for the past month she’s been living as a indie street racer and she’d be lying if she didn’t admit to liking the feeling she got behind the wheel during a race.
