There are about 25 different types of Reiki. They are usually offshoots of the Usui Reiki system and have, what I call, different flavors, frequencies and areas they especially address. • • Rainbow Reiki was developed by Walter Lubeck in the 80’s and offers a deeper layer of healing beyond Usui for physical and psychological blockages, pain, trauma, etc. My favorite way to channel it is for assistance healing or aligning with our inner child. • • Our childhoods often spillover into and influence our adulthood. Rainbow Reiki can help us self heal our inner child and release any past hurts or even trauma so we can be in alignment with our best selves in the present. It can be received in person or from a distance.
