Por las mañanas camino al trabajo activo Reiki, unos Par de mantras y oraciones, full gratitud por lo que tengo, tuve y tendré.

Que si eso me mantiene pleno? Claro que si, cambio un poco mi realidad a mi favor y el día es menos estresante.

Que si me gustaría estar mejor, bueno trato de no quejarme, siempre es Hoy y nada mas.
