Room No3 for Rainbow Rooms build challenge - Yellow Living Room. This one was tricky since it was easy to end up with too little contrast and a sickly pale look. On reflection I maybe should have used a darker yellow wallpaper on the feature wall but I like how it turned out.

Penultimate room for my Rainbow Rooms challenge. Just need to decide what my final room will be - garden plot or kids room. Any preferences?

Rainbow Rooms Challenge

I put together the first 4 rooms to make the ground floor of the house. The outside is messy for now as I haven’t decided on a final style, or if I’ll do a garden as my wildcard 7th room. 

But.... bathroom is done. I actually really like the colours on this one - wasn’t sure green would make a nice bathroom, but I’m loving the result. Lots of nonCC content available for this one - phew!

Next up is a red bedroom, then a pink theme for the as yet to be chosen 7th room. I may do a single bedroom or a small garden. Any opinions welcome :)

Orange Study for my Rainbow Rooms challenge. That’s 4 down and 3 left to go. Honestly, so far this one was the worst! I own all the packs and there is so much lovely content, both maxis and custom for most other rooms, but without CC I’m not sure I could have managed a decent study. I have tried to stick to nonCC as much as possible though. 

One thing I did notice is that not all of the orange hued wood finishes were included in the filter, so maybe had I cheated a little and dipped out of the filter to find orange stuff myself this might have been easier - but hey that’s why its called a challenge right?

Rainbow Rooms Challenge room number 2 - Violet Dining Room. 

I am finding this piecemeal way of building so much easier than the overwhelming sensation of building and decorating a whole house at once!  Also, huge love and thanks to @peacemaker-ic for such a perfect palette on these beautiful items (that I strongly suspect will help with the rest of the rainbow too uwu).
