This page is brought to you, thanks to rainhearted's asking me about disability resources the other day (and I just can't bring myself to remember all the page that I visit because it is so many.) This list is still growing as I have the time to update, so yeah.
(And yep, I do admit that this is somehow very autistic-centric. I mean, during to my condition, of course I'll be slightly more attracted to something that suits my condition. But regardless of the catagory, I do think that all of this site has somehow touches the disability issue in general.)

Disabled Feminists. The site itself is long dead, but the article remains accessible and useful. This blog covers almost every aspects of disability. It is mainly a compilation of posts, from civil right to the portrayal of disability. You can also check its blogroll, which includes a lot of great, great blogs.
disability@dreamwidth. This site is mainly compiles articles from a lot of people about disability. It covers quite a lot aspects of disability as well.
This Ain't Living. This is actually a personal blog of writer, S.E. Smith, but she also talks a lot about disability (this link will take you to the 'disability' catagory.) She has quite a lot of interesting thoughts about disability.
Disability and Representation. Written by Rachel Cohen-Rottenberg, this site mainly talks about the representation of disability in media. It also has a facebook page, here
Disability Nation. This is some sort of online community for and by disabled people. (I haven't really stalk it yet, but...well, from what I've seen, it seems good. I'll talk more if I have...you know, lurk into it.
Space Crip. This blog mainly talks about disability in science-fiction on every medium, from tv, comic, book, etc.
Real Social Skills. A tumblr that mainly talks about how to interact with and for people with disability. In my opinion, everyone must read this, because in this era, we will interact with a lot, lot, of disabled people.
Fuck Yeah Disability Education!
Disability and Sex Resources
PS: Also, try to read The Spoon Theory, which is quite a great metaphor about how to be a disabled person.
Autistic Self Advocacy Network. A website for an organization run by and for autistic people. ASAN is one (of a few) organization that actually respect autistic people and include autistic people on their board.
Just Stimming. This blog is written by Julia Bascom, which is an awesome person (I'm trying to hide my bias with her because she's the first person that introduce me to this beautiful neurodiversity world and her articles are just lovely.) She mainly talks about autism, the beauty and the effects of it, and sometimes about disability in general as well. FYI, she also lead a project named Loud Hands, which is an awesome project as well.
thAutcast. This site talks about autism in quite a large picture, from media portrayal, civil rights, etc. Landon Bryce, the creator of this site, also make a beautiful comic book titled 'I Love Being My Own Autistic Self.'
The Thinking Person Guide To Autism. This blog is a perfect resource for anyone who is interested to learn about autism! This blog talks about quite a lot of aspects of autism, from experiment, advocacy, people's mindset, etc. It has a lot of contributors with their own speciality.
Emma's Hope Book. This is one of the 'friendly-self-advocate' parent's blog (because, you know, sometimes parents just don't like autistic self-advocate because they think those advocates are not low functioning enough.) She mainly posts about her daughter as well as her thought about autism. She is also a contributor for Thinking Person Guide to Autism and HuffingtonPost.
The Third's Glance. This is another personal blog from autistic people. She mainly talks about how autism affect her life.

ASDCulture and Karla's ASD Page on Facebook. Both of the sites are written by Karla Fisher, which discuss about the perception and the culture of autism (sort of.) It has a lot of great picture/graph/presentation on autism.
Ballastexistenz. Another good (sort of personal blog) from people on spectrum. I think this blog is one of the most popular blog of autistic's blog. PS: for you who thinks non-verbal can't say a thing, think again. Amanda (the blogger) is nonverbal and yet she writes one of the most beautiful things I've ever read. Amanda also has a tumblr, here.
I'm Somewhere Else. Another blog from autistic people. Well, basically, I want to include it because it confirms my suspicion about Pete Campbell's asperger/coughhfandomstuffcough. But she does have some amazing post besides the whole fandomy-thingy~, though. To be honest, I think the fandom post is not dominating the blog.
Meme-related tumblr: Autistic Kitten, Autistic Hedgehog, Autistic Eagle
Wheelchair Dancer. This blog hasn't been updated for quite a long time, but anyway, I have just found it recently and its post about being disabled and obviously, dancing, which makes me realize that wheelchair dancing can be very lovely and beautiful.
