Waking Up In The Morning
You don’t really think about it, but waking up in the morning to a new day is such a blessing. Once you wake up tell yourself, “Today is going to be a good day.” Positive thoughts only!
Every once in awhile I like to wake up early in the morning, around 7 AM to go on a jog around my neighborhood. This is a good way to start your day productively and feel good about yourself.

Receiving A Compliment
It’s doesn’t happen every day, but I sure do appreciate when I receive genuine compliments from strangers.
Also, don’t be shy to give compliments to other people. You might make a new friend.
Parents
I remember seeing this quote on Instagram, “Love your parents. We are so busy growing up, we often forget they are also growing old.” This is so true, so spend the most time with them as you can! Let them know that you are thankful for all that they do to make you happy.
Try this: Unexpectedly hug your mom or dad and tell them that you love them. Simple as that. Now go show your appreciation.
Taking Photos With Friends And Family
I urge everyone to take more pictures, you won’t regret it! Ten to twenty years from now, you’ll have a photo to look back on the good times.

Good Health
You don’t really appreciate good health until you don’t have it. Take care of your body! Be happy that you can walk, hear, and see. Don’t take those physical gifts for granted.
