Well...yes. But only because if we believe that Robin Hood was real, and that he was actually Robin of Loxley (or Lockesly), he was born around 1160. And Richard the Lionheart didn't die until 1199, which would have made him 39 anyway. So yes. The age thing is far less problematic for me than the literacy thing.
