Adventure Time! Antelope Island State Park is fun even on cloudy, cold and windy days. We joined our besties for an afternoon on Mars climbing boulders and looking out for Creepers and Zombies. We walked a half mile down the beach to find the water and jumped from moon rock to moon rock while the wind ripped my hat from my head three times and dared to blow us over. We then traveled back in time at the farm and learned about different types of barbwire and nails in the 1800s while our cowboys lassoed bad guys and shot robbers. They also hunted for Bigfoot but only found our old friend, the owl. We ended our Adventures by enjoying a dinner picnic in the old trees. Today at Forest School we had our favorite guests, Nana and Nano visiting! It was also our coldest day yet this year and I spent most of it in my warm hammock. I'm sad to admit, the season of crocheting at Forest school is over for now. I cannot crochet in gloves as much as I try and it's just too damn cold for my bare fingers to function.
