My baby Georgie... Rescuing and hand raising orphaned baby kittens... Georgie is about 10 days old here-- was found alone on the highway, mother and siblings dead. My friend was driving his tractor, saw the kitten, picked him up and put him in a bucket and brought him to me. I fed him with a milk dropper that first night, bought a bottle and goat's milk the next day and hand raised Georgie. We bonded completely-- he had an extensive vocabulary of words he understood. He lived to be 20 years old and I had to say goodbye to him Sept. 6th, 2022. I will never stop missing him. XXX
