Damn, I was hoping for Nicol Bolas for lunarch 2016
well, you never know! he’s just unconfirmed, not confirmed to not be there. I still think Emrakul’s gonna show up on Innistrad, but we really must be going to see Bolas soon.

So what was your overall opinion of the Sphinx?
He’s a complete fucking asshat. Jesus Christ. Using a child as a soldier and a weapon and erasing the kid’s memory? Holy shit.

who’s the cuddler: Rakdos. Aurelia is probably embarrassed by the whole thing.

who wakes up first: JUSTICE NEVER SLEEPS.
who has the weird taste in music: Rakdos.
who is more protective: Rakdos. He’s not actively trying to kill Aurelia 24/7.
who sings in the shower: Rakdos. Important practice for slaughter & performance.
who cries during movies: Rakdos. Aurelia refuses to show weakness.
who spends the most while out shopping: Definitely Rakdos
who kisses more roughly: Aurelia.
who is more dominate: Well, they’re probably both trying to kill each other.

10. Favorite creature type? Dragons and spirits.
16. Favorite commander? I rarely play proper EDH, so the only deck I have isn't actually legal, but if we're allowing planeswalkers--then Ral Zarek. (With luck, when Origins comes out, I can make a legal Jace EDH deck...)
20. Bad magic story? Hm. I've actually been really fortunate not to have a lot of horror stories associated with magic--our gaming store, while low on female turn-out for MTG functions, is welcoming to everybody, and I don't play that often in a not-casual setting. I can't think of anything off the top of my head.
Just curious, why is it you refuse to build Sen Triplets? Is it just not your cup of tea or?
My problem with both Sen Triplets and Thraximundar is that neither of them provides any direction for a deck built around them. In terms of tech that synergizes with their effects, Thraximundar has maybe two (Strionic Resonator and Grave Betrayal), while the Triplets have about three (Strionic Resonator, Paradox Haze, and Celestial Dawn). Once you get through those 2-3 cards each, what do you do with the other 96-97 slots in your deck? The only real archetype you can build into is Goodstuff, which is so boring that I can’t bring myself to put a list together.
If any of you readers are keen on building around these Commanders, take the few pieces of tech on this list and then consult my lists of top cards for help filling out your deck. Or better yet, just pick one of the many Commanders with these color identities that are more fun to build around.
