Who’s trying to take over the world?
Most every country with a taste for conquest has this as a final goal, Kazinada and Stalan being especially notable.
But there is one mage by the name of Rakul Fong of Du Djim (a Theydan nation) who is looking to carve out her own empire in the upcoming year, though she's still in the planning stages, save for the skeleton army she's building.
