Waking up and knowing that Ramadan is almost over.....it's breaking my heart. How did a whole month just fly by?

Allah wrote my name next to yours before we were even born, isn't that beautiful? To know that Allah took the time to plan someone for you, to be your lifelong friend.

My heart cried while I was reciting Surah Ar-Rahman from my prayer mat. There were moments where I was stuck at couple of Ayahs and each time my mother and father took turns and recited that Ayah and corrected for me from their seats. And I kept thinking I am truly a blessed daughter, my parents have my back; not only did they give birth to me but they want the best for me in dunya and akhirah.

Please appreciate your parents because no one will truly love you and care for you the way they do.

Let’s make dua for our parents and promise to strive to be the best parents we possible can be in the future, Insha'Allah.
