oooooo, i really like this song. and i'm not worried about INDIE CRED or anything haha, so long as the songs sound somewhat cohesive.
THIS SONG FEELS LIKE IT HAS SOME KINDA DARK IMPLICATIONS IN THIS CONTEXT.... i feel like it actually works kinda well with some other songs i have? i like it. i'm gonna sit on this song for a bit, but i'm probably gonna use it :)

HOO BOY.... i was sorta trying to keep away from using f+m, just bc i feel like they're used a lot in fanmixes. but darn, that is a good lapis song..... HONESTLY I MIGHT.... POKE AROUND ON 8TRACKS AND SEE IF/HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVE USED THAT AS A LAPIS SONG, LMAO.... i will see about that one

dunno if it’s too jarring with what you have going on there, or just maybe isn’t fitting enough, but I’ll throw out the suggestion of ‘Space Travel is Boring’ by modest mouse
i think it's very fitting for lapis, that's a good suggestion! a lot of the songs i currently have are slower/quieter, so it is a little jarring in comparison, probably. but i might still fit it in, depending on what other songs i end up adding/taking off
