Which has historically always been shitty. But it’s just an average day so far! Which is more than I could hoped and now I’m pretty chill

Whew. Sorry I’ve been gone little ones. Things have been tough for me. I’m not back yet, just up late and trying to let you guys know I’m alright at least.

Trauma is hard, isn’t it my friends? Repressing things never lasts forever, eventually you’ve got to deal with it. There’s no instruction book for dealing with it either. Sometimes a memory or old feeling comes, it just knocks your legs out from under ya and leaves you scrambling.

At least, that’s how it’s been for me these past few days. Weeks? I’m unsure how long it’s been since I last posted here. Stability is not something my brain is capable of currently, but I’m trying to be gentle with myself this time. It’s my birthday in a couple days, so I suppose I deserve it eh?
