how's noodle stand doin

it was kind of a slow week. i sold out of most things today because i didn't expect anyone to come in, but it wasn't too bad.

when you work in a casino, you meet the kinds of people who seem like they only belong in cartoons or movies and its very weird adjusting to dealing with them. I had a very old vietnamese man come in and do philosophy at me and give me a motivational speech between massive praise for the food and service for about two full hours today, followed immediately by a Midwestern lesbian couple who were very confused and angry about the food.

this little girl with a my hero graphic shirt came in with her family and called my ramen overrated

I hate this, but everyone loves it.

Birria ramen is a mistake I would be lucky to forget.

I think I break even on my labor costs if I sell two more bowls today.

It's literally just me here and I'm still struggling to hit even that.
