From Brick to Click – Growing Your Small Business Online

Last week AT&T hosted a “Building Your Business” seminar at one of our local stores in Costa Mesa.  Small business marketing and technology expert, Ramon Ray offered some great tools to companies wanting to reach more customers through technology and social media platforms. 

Ramon gave tips to the audience on how to leverage their social media platforms to engage new customers and build customer loyalty.   He explained the importance of listening to the online conversation and how to interact with customers as well as how to create fun social content that tells a story.

The use of modern technology was a theme that was consistent throughout the seminar.

“It’s all about mobility.  If your website can’t fit in a 4 inch screen, you’re doing yourself a disservice,” Ramon explained.  “You need to invest in your technology to invest in your business.”

At the end of the presentation, there was a Q&A where the small business owners had the chance for some one-on-one advice.  Ramon was happy to pass on his expert knowledge on growing small businesses in an ever-growing tech savvy world.
