Lifting weights correctly, Sleeping, well napping a lot in my case, so getting lots of sleep because at a young age you do most of your growing while you rest, and when you have strawberry milk and Cookies&Cream Milk in your fridge, can't say deny having a glass or 2 each day. :3 OH AND, in both sides of my families, my grandfather and his brothers on dad side were 5'9-6'2, and on my mothers side, boys were 5'6-5'10.
