Rancilio CLASSE 11 (webpage)

Here is another revolutionary espresso machine from a company that has not seen much innovation in recent years. Never the less, the Rancillio Classe 11 has an amazing new interface that has many of the same advantages as the Faema E71 that I recently posted about. The advantage the Rancillio has is that the temperature profiles include the ability to have different start and end temperatures to the espresso shots being pulled. However, the interface looks a lot more complex compared to the Faema E71. In any case, it is exciting to see both of these traditional espresso machine companies jump into the 3rd-Wave barista world.
